The deposit reserves your project slot and is non-refundable once work has started. If a project is cancelled, completed work is billed.

If content or feedback is delayed, the timeline moves accordingly. Projects paused for more than 45 days may be closed and billed for the work completed.

Third-party costs (Framer plan, domain, fonts, stock images, booking software) are paid by you directly to the provider.

Ownership of the final work transfers to you on full payment. We may show the finished project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
