Working with Vernau
Studio
Vernau is run by Umar from Lahore, Pakistan. You deal with the person doing the work, not an account manager.
Time zones
Lahore is 3–4 hours ahead of Switzerland and 4–5 hours ahead of the UK. Calls are booked at times that suit you.
Response
Replies within one working day during a project, and within two working days on Care.
Billing
Invoices in CHF for Swiss clients and GBP for UK clients, in the same currency as your quote.
